SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Delivery time: 1-3 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium
Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over €50,-. For orders under this amount we charge a small contribution to the shipping costs.
Shipping Partners: We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL and DPD. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not happy with your purchase? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How do you return?
1. Please send an email to [your customer service email address] with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive further instructions and a return address from us.
3. Please pack the product carefully and return it using a shipping method of your choice.
4. After receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
Return conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
